Six new sizes of the Hakkkapeliitta TRI tire from Nokian Tyres will available in early 2021.
The intoduction brings the total sizes in this product line to 27. The new sizes are engineered to be compatible with compact tractors that may be used for chores or snow removal around the farmyard.
The Hakkaeliitta TRI tires are specifically designed to improve tractor efficiency and safety in winter weather conditions.
“The winter performance is where Nokian Hakkapeliitta TRI really stands out,” says Tero Saari, product manager at Nokian Tyres. “The tire has no problem even in the most demanding snow removal – but it does not compromise the summer properties, either.”
The rubber compound used in these tires was develped to work in low temperatures and grip icy surfaces.
These tractor tires have a low-vibration design to keep operators comfortable, even when they’re working long hours. The block pattern and radial structure of the tire offer excellent speed and comfort during transport.
“The users have reported that the noise level and vibrations are reduced compared with typical lug-pattern tires,” says Saari. “This means they can drive faster and more comfortably, which is good for job ergonomics.”
