Machine operates full automatically. Silage wrapper machine has proportional control and variable pump. With this equipment wrapper operates easily.
Machine can be used with the feeder conveyor. Conveyor will be filled directly with bunker. Conveyor helps to control the transfer of the material to the bale room.
High room pressure, stable net and careful baling result in compact bales which stay in a good shape when moving from the room to the wrapper.
Bale ramp helps the movement of the wrapped bale to the ground.
Wrapper Arms
The bales are wrapped with two strecth arms. After sliding on the ground, the bales can be picked up and transported to a storage place.
Bale table transport the pressed bale to the wrapping unit and provide to roll the bale while wrapping.
After starting the machine, plc system switching on automatically. The pressure of chamber, speed of conveyor and wrapping are some of the parameters which can be set easily by plc control system.
PTO Alternator
Shaft connect machine and tractor for power transmission through alternator. Alternator connected via power plug.
Supporter Legs
Supporter legs provide to stay fixed of the machine on the ground. Use the supporter legs while working with machine.
Hydraulic arms for push up / down of supporter legs. One arm for front legs and the other for rear legs.
To control product and up side of the machine easily, machine has ladder. Ladder is opening and closing by manually.
Thanks to the lights on the machine you can work comfortable at darkness.
