Firstgrade’s Volumetric bagging system is designed for products such as compost, mulch and woodchip, which have variable density depending on moisture content. The volumetric system ensures a full, presentable bag regardless of moisture content. Firstgrade’s bagging units incorporate a number of features to prevent blocking when handling difficult materials such as manure and compost.
All of firstgrade’s recycling machinery is designed and built here in the UK, using the latest Computer Aided Design technology. This, together with our engineering expertise, gives us the flexibility to produce high specification systems to suit individual requirements.
