Step 1 Trailer is field ready waiting for loader tractor.
Side rails are set up and ready to go in “bale hauling position”.
The side rails are 12″ higher and 12″ wider than the 8’6″ wide highway legal deck width.
Step 2 The side rails are folded into the rub rail for legal width when empty and are also removable with no tools required.
Step 3 Loading of the trailer deck is easily accomplished with a grapple or single tine style loader as the deck can accommodate and unload bales up to 7ft wide in diameter.
Bales can be placed in either direction on the deck ie: pipe style or flat sides out.
Step 4 All electrical components are rubber mounted and L.E.D. lighting is available as an option and will become standard equipment within the year.
The trailer comes standard with a spare tire and 2 – 12,000 lb jacks in front for dollying off the truck.
A king pin or 2 5/16 hitch ball are standard.
Step 5 Trailer deck height is 44″
The deck comes standard with 10 ga smooth steel sheeting. 3/16 floor plate is available as an option upon order.
Step 6
Step 7
If you need to haul bales any distance, always follow road regulations and load restrictions.
If you want a trailer that serves dual purposes by operating as a regular flat deck and a bale hauling trailer, then this is the trailer for you. Why invest $$ in 2 trailers, when 1 can surpass all your hauling requirements.
Step 8 The loader operator is compacting the load by pushing the bales forward from the rear of the trailer. A gentle push keeps the bales tighter but is not a necessary step.
Step 9 Unloading the bales is accomplished by a ratcheting screw jack located at the front of the trailer.
No hydraulics, No winches, No trouble. Just a fast smooth motion of the ratcheting screw jack unloads the bales from both sides simultaneously.
Step 10 This procedure is quickly done by a large spring and a one way hydraulic braking cylinder located under each deck. Once the bales have unloaded, the decks retract to the flat position. Then you must reset the hold downs. This step is achieved without moving from the front of the trailer and takes only a couple of minutes to completely unleash and reset the decks!

Step 14 After unloading, the side rails can be set to transport position by lowering them into the rub rails. (Legal width when empty).
