IMAC 7580 RB 25-30 automatic potato harvester is the smallest of the 3 automatic ones of our price list. Slender but at the same time very solid and performing like none in its category. The pick up is made up of discs mounted on springs and feeler roller with pressure control on furrow (opt). The large standard haulm intake rollers prevent clogging. Automatic guidance (opt) allows the driver to concentrate on digging.The system is located in the center of two furrows and controls the piston in order to position the harvester perfectly with respect to the furrow even in the case of deviation of the tractor.
The sieving web (75 cm) and the large cleaning hedgehog ensure an excellent daily output with low risk of damage. The square mesh defoliator web (80cm) is surmounted by 5 rows of rotary combs that eliminate the large leaves while the transversal cleaning hedgehog (72cm) eliminates the smaller ones and the fine earth. The separation of potatoes, clods and stones is carried out by the combined work of the transversal hedgehog and the rotary comb with 2 rows of vertically rotating rubber fingers with adjustable height and speed. The sorting table, equipped with a serie of 4 rows of calibrating discs, has a width of 70 cm and the waste channel is 38 cm. The perfectly horizontal selection table allows the staff (up to 5 people) a comfortable working position. The speed of the hedgehog is hydraulically adjustable at any time. The swan neck of the sorting web goes down deeply into the big hopper (2.5 / 3 T) to limit the drop height. The automatic loading system is available (opt) which manages the swan neck and the movable bottom of the hopper for an optimal loading. An outlet funnel (opt.) is available for unloading into palletized bins.
