This is a new versatile device for ENT and endoscopy specialists that makes visual diagnostic procedures even more convenient and easy. ED-Cam endoscopy camera system is equipped with a portable image HUB with color 7' LCD display, detachable connection cable and a Hi-Res (1028x1024) CCD camera with universal focusable video coupler. The system is easy to set up and will take only a few seconds and is compatible with almost any rigid or flexible endoscope. Depending on the type of the scope you have, all you have to do is to attach it to ED-cam and you are ready for any type of minor endoscopy procedure. The video camera coupler will clip onto any 32mm endoscope eyepiece, and connect with the included C-mount video camera unit aligning the 1/2' CCD video camera chip and the image hub.
You can view the still images or playback and fast forward video footage right on the display which has a feature of voice recording. The information can also be stored to a SD memory card or directly to your computer via USB cable streamlining the transfer of images to your electronic health records.
What’s great about ED-cam endoscopy camera system is its extreme portability – you can place it on a desk or hang it on the wall in the exam room or take it with you to any unit of the hospital for your and your patient’s convenience. It also has an IR remote control for improved endoscopy operability.
