Brief Details :
The raw grain is artificially put into the rice feed hopper and then send to rice destoner machine.to clean and separate stone ,impurity from paddy rice.the paddy rice will be sent to rice husker after cleaning. After being shelled, the grain, the shell and the rough go into bran separator. The bran is sucked out by bran fan. Rice and unpolished rice mixture is lifted to paddy separator by the second elevator to be separated. In the process of rice milling, the high pressure fan is sprayed into the polishing chamber continuously through the hollow shaft of the rice machine, which can reduce the rice temperature, unimpeded the bran, and make the rice smooth and clean-There are three kinds of goods separated: the net brown rice goes into rice mill polished, the finished rice is out from the discharge hole of small rice milling line and the rice bran falls into the bran saving chamber.The other part passes back to the rice huller by the first elevator. Repeat the process above to achieve the purpose of white rice milling.the milled rice will be fed to rice polisher for whiten and brighten.The next step of complete rice milling line is rice color sorter ,in this step.black or yellow rice will be selected.the white will be kept for rice grading the final step of this complete rice milling line is automatic rice weighing and packing machine.it's mainly used for white rice weighing and packing after packed ,the rice can be sold on market.
