Mueller brew kettles are designed and built to provide proper evaporation rates for DMS removal, ease of CIP cleaning, and durability. Kettles with internal calandria incorporate our Temp-Plate heat transfer surface. This design gives excellent heat transfer works for both pellet hops and cone hops and is easily cleaned. All Mueller brew kettles come standard with generous headspace to minimize foaming problems and foam switches to automatically stop steam flow for safety.
