To walk around Champoeg Farm, is to witness an impressive balance of pragmatism and experimentation. Perhaps most illustrative of this balance is the brooding house. Mark’s young hens-to-be live the first phase of their lives sheltered from the Oregon rains by repurposed vinyl from spent billboards.
