RHS Chelsea is a great place for nurseries to unveil their exciting new varieties, and roses are no exception. On display this year in a luxurious walled garden set in the Great Pavilion, complete with tea party, were three new introductions from David Austin Roses.

Rosa ‘Olivia Rose Austin’ NEW

A striking medium English rose named after David Austin’s granddaughter. Fully hardy with a strong scent to its double pale pink blooms. The company claim it is their best introduction to date. Disease resistant and repeat flowering.

 

 

Rosa ‘Lady of the Lake’ NEW

Only the fourth rambler to be bred by David Austin Roses. An English rose with semi-double soft pink flowers. No fragrance but repeat flowers. Will reach between 10-12ft.

 

 

Rosa ‘The Poet’s Wife’ NEW

A wonderful yellow English shrub rose with double flowers. A strong fragrance with excellent repeat flowering qualities. Reaches between 3-4ft.
