The crusher is a very sturdy machine, especially developed to crush slaughter house by-products.
The crusher serves as a mincer, reducing the volume to an acceptable size for further treatment.
The maximum size leaving the crusher is
50 x 50 mm. The achieved capacity is
10 to 15 tons hourly for slaughter house
by-products.
Wear and eventual breakdown is mostly depending on the presence of metal in the offals.
The crusher is equipped with protection covers on all moving parts.

The cooker consists of a cylindrical mild steel shell with outside a welded mild steel jacket and inside a horizontal mild steel agitator.
The shell is steam heated ( max. working pressure 6 bar).
On both the end parts of the batch cooker, rear as well as front, strong steel supports are mounted to assure the perfect axial setting of the agitator.
On the rear part, a shaft mounted gearbox with motor 30 kW, is mounted.
Completed with drive guard.
The bronze stuffing box flanges, sliding on carbonized and ground steel bushings, assure a perfect seal of the agitator shaft.
The shell is mineral wool covered with stainless steel cladding.
The machine is supplied with pressure test certificate.

The gearbox, specially designed for screw presses, is driven by a motor with V-belts and pulleys transmission and is constructed to resist the dynamic and static forces to which it is submitted.
The screw press basket, especially designed for large production, is built into two identical parts, and opens towards both sides of the machine. This enables easy and comfortable access for disassembly and replacing of worn out parts.
The shaft consists of sectional flights, mounted on a special alloy main shaft.
The flights mounted on the shaft are made of alloyed steel and are armoured with a highly wear resistant material.

Tallow T-screen
The unit would be manufactured with a mild steel fully welded casing and supplied complete with one material discharge chute and one liquid discharge outlet.
The screen inlet is fitted to a distribution weir to allow for an even distribution of material over the screen. The screen is a curved screen manufactured in carbon steel throughout, the profile is wedge wire with a 1,5mm aperture.

Equipment pre-assembly in the workshop
In order to avoid engineering mistakes and prevent any problems on site, the machinery will be pre-assembled in our work shop before dispatch
