What plant can produce seeds without flowers?

Plants that produce seeds without flowers are called gymnosperms. Here are some examples:

* Conifers: These are the most common gymnosperms, and include pines, firs, spruces, cedars, and redwoods. They produce seeds in cones.

* Cycads: These ancient plants resemble palm trees and have large, cone-like structures that hold their seeds.

* Ginkgoes: These are unique trees with fan-shaped leaves and fleshy, seed-bearing structures.

* Gnetophytes: This group is less well-known and includes plants like the Welwitschia, which has only two large leaves.

While gymnosperms don't produce flowers in the traditional sense, they do have reproductive structures that produce pollen and seeds. These structures are often cones, which are quite different from the colorful, showy flowers of angiosperms.
