What do farmers generally grow?

Farmers grow a vast variety of crops depending on many factors like climate, soil conditions, and market demand. Here are some general categories:

Grains:

* Cereals: Wheat, rice, corn (maize), barley, oats, rye, sorghum, millet

* Legumes: Soybeans, peas, lentils, chickpeas

Fruits and Vegetables:
